1. About

GRIS CIEL STUDIO is an experimental fashion studio and online retailer based in France offering limited apparel and related products. It operates as a small-scale online business subject to French and EU consumer protection and e-commerce rules.

2. Products and Availability

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the artisanal and experimental nature of the process. Stock is limited and subject to availability. The right is reserved to withdraw products or correct errors at any time without liability.

3. Ordering and Contract

Products in the gallery are offered on a request-to-buy basis. Submitting a purchase request constitutes a non-binding offer to purchase, subject to availability and studio review. Requests are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A binding contract is formed only when GRIS CIEL STUDIO approves your request and the payment is completed through the secure payment link you receive. The right is reserved to decline any request or to let a request expire without obligation; in such cases, the reserved pieces are released back to the gallery. Payment links are valid for a limited time (as indicated in the approval email) and expire automatically after that period. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through a secure Stripe payment link sent to you after your request is approved. Sensitive payment card data is not stored on the site's systems. The full amount is due at the time of payment; partial payments are not accepted. Unpaid or expired requests never result in any charge. Orders are not shipped until payment is received and cleared.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is offered to addresses provided by you. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination and chosen carrier. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery if you are absent). It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or France, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the French Consumer Code and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, notify via the contact form within the period and return the goods in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.

Exceptions: The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, returns or exchanges may be accepted at discretion for other reasons (e.g., size issues for standard-sized items). Returned items must be in resaleable condition. Contact via the secure form to initiate any return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property and Site Use

All designs, photographs, text, and other content on the site are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of GRIS CIEL STUDIO. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIS CIEL STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or products.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under French or EU law.

10. Consumer Rights and Warranties

As a consumer in France or the EU, you benefit from mandatory legal guarantees, including the guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects. These rights are not affected by these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no amicable solution is reached, the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

The right is reserved to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order or site use will apply. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest update appears at the bottom of this page.
